This website is operated by TwelveBirds Technologies Inc, a California (USA) corporation (“TwelveBirds”, “we”). You can contact us at hello@twelvebirds.com.

The site describes our services and includes interactive studio concepts and demos. The demos use fictional sample data: they place no orders, take no payments and create no accounts, and AI demos show prepared examples, not live model responses. Some TwelveBirds LAB projects may offer real sign-up or purchase features; where a project does, its page says so clearly, and the additional terms and privacy information shown there apply before you register or pay. Contacting us about a project does not purchase a service or create a contract. Scope, price, timing, ownership and support are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement.

In mainland China, our services are sold through our authorised sales agent, 广州曜日尚承控股有限公司 (Guangzhou Yaori Shangcheng Holdings Co., Ltd.). Project agreements for mainland China clients are signed with that company, and matters such as governing law, invoicing and dispute resolution follow each agreement. This website itself remains operated by TwelveBirds Technologies Inc.

Content on this site is provided for general information, “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

The text, design, images and code of this site, and the TwelveBirds and 图维 names and logos, belong to TwelveBirds Technologies Inc or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission; normal browsing and sharing links are fine. Third-party components keep their own licences: the Manrope typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and three.js (MIT License).

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website is handled by the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and both sides accept the jurisdiction of those courts. If the law where you live gives you mandatory rights, including a right to bring a claim in your local courts, those rights are not affected. Project agreements state their own governing law and dispute terms.

This site is offered in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here applies from its effective date. Effective date: 30 September 2026.
